Terms of use
The service
This site offers free online games for fun. By using it you accept these terms. The games, their rules and the site may change or pause at any time.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Keep your password to yourself; one account is for one person. Choose a name that does not offend anybody.
Fair play
No insults, hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, spam or advertising, in names, pictures or messages. No cheating: no programs that play for you, no working together at a table against the others, no passing chips on purpose to another account or a friend (losing on purpose), no using errors of the site. One account for one person.
Reports and what follows
Any player can report another at the table, with one of the fixed reasons. The administration checks every report, together with the table’s chat, and may give a warning, ban the account for a while or for good, and remove chips won unfairly. Reports made in bad faith count against whoever sends them.
The table chat
Only the players sitting at a table can write in its chat. Table conversations are recorded only for safety, moderation and examining reports; only the administration can see them, and they are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Friends and their messages
A player becomes your friend only when they accept your request. Messages between friends are text only and seen by the two of you: the administration does not read them, unless one of you reports the conversation, and then only that conversation. They are deleted automatically after 30 days. You can block a player at any time: they can no longer send you requests, messages or invitations, and they are not told.
Chips
Levels and chips are part of the games only. Chips can be bought, but they have no money value: they cannot be sold, exchanged, cashed out or refunded, and may be reset. Nothing on this site can be won in money.
Chips at the tables
At tables with people only the site takes no cut: what the losers lose goes to the winners, and no balance ever goes below zero. Leaving a table that counts costs the larger of the leave penalty and what you are losing there; at a table of people it goes to your opponents. A table needs at least its smallest possible loss to sit at it. Solo games have their own stake, prize or chips per word or level, as written on their page.
What you write
You are responsible for the names, words and messages you write. Do not share personal information about yourself or others in rooms.
No guarantees
The site is offered as it is, without any guarantee that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
