2 to 4 players (or you against up to 3 bots). Everybody starts with 1000 and goes round the board, the famous streets of one city: the city of whoever opens the table.
On your turn roll the two dice and your token moves. Passing Start pays you 200. Doubles: you roll again; three doubles in a row send you to jail.
A street, a station or a utility nobody owns: you can buy it, even by mortgaging or selling houses to find the money. If you do not, and the table plays with auctions, everybody can bid any amount or pass; the highest bid gets it, and with no bid it stays with the bank.
On someone else’s you pay the rent: more with every house, much more with a hotel. A whole group of one colour doubles the rent of its empty streets; stations pay more the more you have; utilities pay by the dice.
With a whole group you build: houses evenly on its streets, up to four, then a hotel. You can sell them back for half, and mortgage a street for half its price (no rent then) and buy it back with 10% on top.
Mortgages: a street goes back to the bank for half its price but stays yours, with no rent until you buy it back. A group with houses cannot be mortgaged (sell its houses first), and no house goes up while a street of its group is mortgaged. A mortgaged street that changes hands costs whoever gets it 10% of its mortgage.
On your turn, before you roll: build, buy back and make offers. After the roll you only settle the square you land on (buy it or not, pay) and the turn passes by itself to the next player. If you are short of money then, you can sell houses and mortgage to find it. Building comes back at your next turn, before the roll (or before the second roll, after doubles).
Trades: on your turn, before you roll, you can offer any player cash, streets without buildings and cards that get you out of jail, for what they have. They have 30 seconds to accept.
Cards: Opportunity and Vault move you, pay you or make you pay. Jail: pay 50, use a card, or try for doubles; after three tries you pay and move.
Cannot pay? Sell buildings and mortgage. If it is still not enough you are bankrupt: all you have goes to whom you owed (or back to the bank). The last one standing wins; with a time limit, the richest when it runs out.
You have 15 seconds to roll and 45 to play after the roll. When the time runs out the game plays for you (it rolls, buys nothing, pays what you owe). After 3 rolls the game had to make for you, in a row or not, you are out: everything you own goes back to the bank, you can only watch until the end and you lose 50 chips.
Chips by place: what the first win, the last lose. With 2 players +175 / -175, with 3 players +166 / +17 / -183, with 4 players +186 / +38 / -62 / -162 (from the 1st to the last).
Leaving after the first 3 rolls of the game costs chips and puts you last; everything you own goes back to the bank and the others play on. Once there is a winner, leaving is free. How many depends on the table (its length, the stakes and the players or bots); the leave window always shows the exact number.
The chips written here are for a whole game with people. A shorter game, or easy bots, pay less; hard bots pay more. What your table really pays shows at the end of the game (and before it in the «Table» panel, in the games that have one); the leave window always shows the exact leave cost.
Daily win limit: the games pay up to 1500 chips of wins a day, all of them together. The win that reaches it is paid in full; after it you can go on playing as usual for fun, and the chips come back the next day.
